House clerk who ranted about God, Freemasons gives ‘testimony’

Dianne Reidy, the stenographer removed from the House floor last year after grabbing a microphone and talking about God, wants to set the record straight that she did not have a nervous breakdown that day.

On Oct. 17, during a vote to reopen the government after a shutdown and raise the debt ceiling, Mrs. Reidy took a microphone and ranted about God, Freemasons and the need of the nation to stop serving conflicting masters.

“The greatest deception here is this is not one nation under God. It never was,” she said during her outburst. “Had it been, it would not have been. No. It would not have been. The Constitution would not have been written by Free Masons. They go against God. You cannot serve two masters. You cannot serve two masters. Praise be to God, the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise forever.”

Mrs. Reidy was fired from her job and sent for a mental evaluation, where she was diagnosed with anxiety and psychosis.

Now, in a YouTube video titled “Dianne’s Testimony,” Mrs. Reidy and her husband Dan say that the Lord spoke through her that day, Fox News reported.

“I remember getting up to the podium and after saying, ‘God will not be mocked.’ I don’t have a memory of anything else that was said that evening until I was escorted off the floor,” Mrs. Reidy says in the video. “I knew that God was going to speak through me, and I knew it was going to be during the vote, raising the debt ceiling level and ending the government shutdown.”

Her husband added: “We believe it was Dianne that was being carried along by the spirit of God in speaking to the representatives that evening. … Dianne and I are both Bible-believing Christians.”
