Shrine Circus In Town, Raising Money for Children’s Hospital

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) – One special circus came back to town, one that helps to serve a great cause. The Shrine Circus at the Eastern State’s Exposition kicked off its 2014 fun-packed three-day-stay.
The event not only brings smiles to the faces of all the children able to attend, but it also helps support the Shriners Hospital for Children in Springfield.
“We put this circus on to raise money so that we can do the work that we do in the community to support the hospital,” said Bill Faust, Potentate, Melhar Shriners.
The circus runs through Sunday at the Eastern States Exposition.
