Masons deny recruiting scheme March 25, 2004 Scotland's freemasons deny trying to recruit members by advertising in a magazine read by Holyrood politicians. Holyrood has an advert from Grand Lodge of Antient Free and Accepted Masons of Scotland, listing famous masons. Bob Cooper, library curator at Freemason's Hall in Edinburgh, said it was aimed at showing the part played by masons in Scotland's cultural life. |
