The New York Times is to be congratulated for burning through one of the many falsehoods that Freemasonry continues to propagate; that it only a simple peacefull "charity" which has no agenda, i.e. it is not a conspiracy. (Jefferson, Madison, Newdow? March 26, 2004, Kenneth C. Davis)

Regrettably however the author stumbled badly in his conclusion that what Freemasonry was seeking in it's "deistic" agenda of separation of church and state was "something every American can celebrate". The reason this is so is that Freemasonry is itself a religion, a religion that seeks to inculcate it's awful occult socio-religious doctrines into society secretly, and gradually. This is most definately not something every American would celebrate, even writers for the New York Times.

The greatest trick the Devil has ever performed was convincing people he did not exist.
