FOCUS News Agency - Bulgaria France’s Supreme Masonic Council to send open letter to Libya’s Gadaffi 13 May 2007 Sofia. France’s Supreme Masonic Council will send an open letter to Libya’s Muammar Gadaffi. The decision was made at the founding ceremony of the International Federation of Independent Lodges and Free Masons “Orient Bulgaria”, a journalist of Focus News Agency reported. According to Marc Forestier, Deputy Chair of France’s Supreme Masonic Council, Muammar Gadaffi tries to trade with the five Bulgarian nurses using France.
