Freemason Conan O’Brien takes over from Freemason Jay Leno on NBC Tonight Show
Bro. O’Brien exchanged freemason secret handshakes when he joined Bro. Leno on the set for his final Tonight Show episode on Friday night. Bro. Leno was recruited to the Tonight Show to replace Freemason Johnny Carson in 1992 after many guest spot appearances. Bro. Leno supported the careers of many Freemason entertainers and politicians during his 17 year run, mirroring Bro. Carson’s masonic habits. Bro. Leno also ‘cut’ quite a few masonic recognition handsigns during his final monologue, a practice which he will no doubt continue in the fall on his ‘new’ program.
Jay Leno ended his 17-year run on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” with one for the record books. His send-off drew the highest Friday overnight ratings during his tenure on the program.
In the top 56 local TV markets, Leno scored an 8.8 rating/20 share in households, according to early data from Nielsen Media Research. That more than doubled the 3.9 rating Leno has averaged in the second quarter of this year. And it was the highest-rated “Tonight” for any night of the week since President Obama visited the program on March 19. Final ratings, including total viewer numbers, will not be available until Thursday.
“Tonight’s” ratings are being closely watched because NBC is about to undertake a risky programming experiment. On Monday, the “Tonight” slot will be taken over by Conan O’Brien, who was previously the host of NBC’s “Late Night.” And in a network bid to reduce program costs, Leno will this fall host a new prime-time talk show at 10 p.m. weeknights.

I’m sorry, I fail to see anything in that video or that article pointing to Mr. O’Brien or Mr. Leno being Masons. I cannot find any evidence that either them or Mr. Carson were or are Masons. I know you’d like to think that Masons use the “secret” handshake when we greet each other but I’m afraid you’re wrong. The handshakes are just a tradition passed down through the generations and are only used in the degrees. Same with the signs. We just don’t use them outside of the lodge. Sorry to disappoint you.
What is this rediculous BS. Neither of these guys are masons. I’m so sick of you conspiracy weirdos going around saying we are going to take over the world. As matter of fact I bet my lodge alone does more good for the world in one year than most of you do in your whole lives. We donate tons of money to charities as masons, not to mention the money we donate indivually, my lodge is in a bad area and we help poor and homeless people by donating money to them too. What do any of you do for the world ? All you do is sit and make up BS about us.
To joners, good deeds do not get one to heaven. All the money in the world does not get one to heaven. The truth is that freemasons are evil and very secretive. If you belong to get ahead in business or popularity you are mistaken. My father told me that if they do things secretively and have something to hide that it must be wrong. Thank goodness my pastors dad who was a 32 degree mason, had enough common sense to get out. He told of anti-christian beliefs in the freemasons and that it was satanic in its teachings. After reading these postings it is easy to see some people do not get all the facts.
My dad and granddad were both 32nd degree Masons. Growing up I never heard anything bad about the order. Some of the kids in school belonged to De Molay and other junior organizations. It wasn’t until I joined a labor union I saw the “other side” of the Masonic Order. The original “Old Boys Club”, horray for us and F**K the rest of you.
Now bear in mind that not all of the “Brothers” acted this way. Also bear in mind they did nothing to stop it either.
Having access to my dad’s Masonic books I looked through Albert Pike’s “Morals and Dogma”. Good thing I had read the Bible first and realized Pike was full of crap. No one can come away from “Morals and Dogma” and not realize this is the work of Satan. Pike confesses that “Lucifer is the light”.
Further looking into these books I found it odd that there was no reference to Jesus Christ. I did however find the reason or excuse if you will. Jesus is left out so not to offend “Brothers” that do not believe in him or their faiths do not acknowledge him. To any Christian joining the Masons, this should have set off the alarm. If you read the Bible you would know that Jesus said “Deny me and I will deny you”. Check and see who holds the keys to Hell and how he got them.
This is a free country and you can believe what you will. But if you know the facts you know you cannot be a Christian and a Mason. The choice is yours to make.
What must be remembered is that Freemasonry is not a Religion, has never claimed to be, and is not a substitute for Religion. If it mentioned Jesus, it would make it appear that Freemasonry has a preference towards Christianity. Freemasonry regards Religion as vital, but does not put any one “higher” than any other. The individual Mason must decide for himself, what his interpretation of God is. The relationship a person has with God, is personal and how person A perceives God is not necessarily 100% identical to how Person B, C, and D do. The origin of modern Freemasonry can be traced to 1717 in England. However, one of the legends associated with Freemasonry puts the origins and customs used as being based on ancient stone workers guilds from more than 4000 years ago, putting it prior to the emergence of Jesus. So you see, Christianity is relatively new, so to speak.
Albert Pike, the highest of all Masons ever, said “Every Masonic lodge is a temple of religion; and its teachings are instruction in religion…” and “The Blue Degrees are but the outer court or portico of the Temple. Part of the symbols are displayed there to the Initiate, but he is intentionally misled by false interpretations. It is not intended that he shall understand them; but it is intended that he shall imagine he understands them. Their true explication is reserved for the Adepts, the Princes of Masonry… It is well enough for the mass of those called Masons, to imagine that all is contained in the Blue Degrees”
